:: creamy curried carrot soup







on a chilly winter afternoon--
i decided i needed to perfect a carrot soup.

and so i did.

this painfully easy recipe called for yams--
but a few bunches of thin carrots substituted beautifully.

  2. That sounds so good! I was just wondering what to do with my carrot pulp after juicing. It may be too dry for soup, but this makes me want soup NOW!
